顶楼的天台咖啡店，可以看到布达拉宫。但是观景位有限，基本下午2点以后就别指望了，或者索性晚上七点以后来。服务员很贴心，会帮你排队，景观位的顾客走了，会来问你要不要换过去。也会来商量可不可以搭台。个人觉得赶早或者赶晚都挺好的。
